Truly Vintage Wedding Fair

I had a great day at the Truly Vintage Wedding Fair. The sun shone, I got positive and encouraging feedback about my wares and I met some really lovely people and chatted to lots of inspirational fellow exhibitors.

I learnt a lot too and if/when I do another fair there are certain things I would do differently but as a first attempt I was pretty pleased with my stand.

I was extremely lucky to be placed next to Myrtle & Mint and we found we had lots in common - kids the same age, mothers who quilt and a hatred of carnations! Libby and her mum were a joy to be next to. On my other side were Maiden Homes who again were just lovely and had the most wonderful vintage collection. They had some gorgeous vintage wedding dresses that we were desperate for people to try on and buy!

There are so many great people I'd love to mention but pictures are better than words and Crumb Couture Cakes took some fantastic photos which give a real taster of the exhibitors - so glad someone was organised enough to do that.
